3. Will I be require to obtain an Office Space?
Although, you do not need to obtain an office; you will be required to provide a registered address a Virtual Office will suffice.

4. Will I be able to use my company in Japan to sponsor me for a Visa in Japan?

5. Do I have to hire a Japanese resident/national to open a company in Japan?
Thanks to the recent changes, you will not need a Japanese resident/national to open a company in Japan. That being said some banks might reject your account application unless your company has a Japanese resident/national representative.
